ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKA SENIOR CARD therapy programme is tailored individually to patients’ needs. We are proud to announce that as of 21 September 2019, the Świętokrzyska Senior Card has been introduced, which entitles every person living in Poland who is at least 60 years old to a 40% discount on all rehabilitation procedures provided by the Family Care House NZOZ Rehabilitacja

Identity card must be demonstrated in order to receive the discount offer.

Offers do not combine and they constitute a separate commercial offer.
